Standard

One body we have so we must

Nuture that essence that make us.

Entertain no thoughts to pollute our

Being, our core.

Organs needs care constantly.

Do not drown with added sugars.

Yearn not for the constant sugary snacks, it is a fight that we must beat.

On International Diabetes Day, I did ponder extra on my chooses of food.

Naturally if my body is my house, I should keep it clean in

Everyway. Not just in grooming but

Limiting the types of drinks and solids I let travel to my work machine.

Invite no toxins by deliberately over consuming too much natural and package sugar.

Fight for your home.

Encourage your body to feel good.

Slow Down

Standard

Tossing turning running at the speed of light if possible to meet all task for the day but something always get left out after a post-mortem of daily activities –
shifting through notes after notes yet more notes in plain sight of eyes that hate to leave assignments and project deadlines unfinished
something needs to break all the roller coaster of going and going but at what course and will it be too late to just slow down to inhale and exhale
something happened, no electricity and everywhere did not just slow down but it died down.
The heart is still beating, the company did not crash, the assignments could wait a bit,
so I could just breathe, inhale, exhale.

Therefore, it is important that when a man chooses a spouse that she is compatible with him.  The decision is more than a physical connection but the spiritual  is crucial. It is this aspect that binds the family together when all else fails. When the man chooses a wife, it is crucial that he treats her with uttermost love and care. Bro Paul advises in 1 Corinthians 7:3 “let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence; and likewise also the wife unto the husband.” In addition, Ephesians 5:25 says that “husbands should love their wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it,” meaning make time for her as Christ made time for the church. Husbands should spend quality time with their wives to forge a deeper bond that began during courtship. Having a strong connection coupled with help from God deters negative external forces from battering the marriage.
